Welcome to LayerLytix. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LayerLytix unified analytics dashboard service ("Service"), operated by Comp Edge Solutions ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

LayerLytix is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides a unified analytics dashboard aggregating data from Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, YouTube, and Google Search Console. The Service allows users to view, analyze, and report on their digital marketing and analytics data in one centralized location.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing as described on our website. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service only for your internal business purposes or, if you are an agency, for managing your clients' analytics as authorized by them.

Our Service integrates with Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, YouTube, and Google Search Console. Your use of these integrations is subject to Google's terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of data provided by Google services.
By connecting your Google accounts, you authorize us to access and retrieve data from these services on your behalf. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to grant such access.

By opting in to SMS communications, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile device and phone number provided.
You retain all rights to the data you provide to us or that we access on your behalf from third-party services. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may process your data to provide the Service, including caching, aggregating, and displaying analytics data. We will not sell your data to third parties.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Comp Edge Solutions and is protected by intellectual property laws, including patent protection. The technology powering LayerLytix is Patent Pending 63/932,913. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such feedback without restriction.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Comp Edge Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Comp Edge Solutions regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
